The International Sales Manager will participate in developing the budget and forecast for international sales in two Divisions, GIS and MCS, acting as primary business development lead and account manager for the divisions' international business. To successfully perform this role the Manager must ensure adequate representation of our products through a network of dealers for the international market, and have an intimate knowledge of the industry distribution channels. Initiate "Change management" by proactive design, implement tactical and strategic sales plans that are mapped to industry and market directions. React to market changes in market conditions, economic factors, etc. Implement sales and marketing technologies as available to increase sales and management productivity. The former includes but is not limited to (CRM, general software tools, mobile computers etc.)This position is full time and requires a minimum work week of 40 hours. The key objective is customer satisfaction and loyalty achieved through quality products combined with outstanding customer service.

This position will be located in the Boeing Research and Technology Center, Sao Paulo to lead and coordinate enterprise wide technical activities for Boeing Research and Technology in Brazil Position will interface with Boeing senior technical management, Brazilian Industry, academia and senior government officials in support of the BR&T-C approach to support the overall Boeing Brazil Strategy. Position will also assist the VP of Boeing Research & Technology with Brazilian culture, language and relationship building activities required to successfully establish BR&T in Brazil. This position will be responsible for planning, integrating and leading project elements as well as for leading the implementation of the enterprise-wide Brazil Research and Technology strategy, by identifying and establishing research and technology engagement opportunities, and implementing the selected opportunities to support Boeing's overall Brazil strategy. In addition, this individual will conduct certain core research and development activities in support of Boeing's strategic enterprise technology plan. This individual will lead a number of multifunctional teams in evaluation and support of specific Research and Technology opportunities. Manage, lead and coordinate all technical staff hired for specific technology engagements as Boeing Research & Technology - Brazil expands its research portfolio. Typical Education/Experience
Requires demonstrated strategic planning leadership experience and capability in a major aerospace organization; ability to understand and communicate with technical experts over a wide range of technologies and engineering disciplines; has a good network within the Brazilian aerospace community to leverage for Boeing.
Research and Development experience in aerospace or automotive with experience in materials and manufacturing processes, aerodynamics, remote sensing and regulatory certification. Works well on virtual teams. Advanced degree in engineering, MS required (Ph.D. preferred) with 15 years of experience in diverse Research and Technology areas.

Requirements
4+ years of Media Sales experience and 1-3 years of experience training and coaching inside sellers
Strong management and coaching skills
Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track-record implementing large-scale, technical, B2B programs; experience working with channel partners strongly.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
Ability to work well in a cross-functional and geographically spread team with travel 30-50% of the time.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of SMB sales representatives, working on the growth of Google's advertisers. Represent your team/program in target setting for your region and market. Create a fun and engaging environment for team members
Coach and mentor your team to develop sales and account management skills and contribute to the management of the wider market team.
Develop and implement best practices for your sales programs and markets. Ensure your team is always up to date with the newest advertiser solutions.
Work with and own projects among the wider management team to deliver cohesive and co-ordinated strategy development of the sales programs.
Take ownership for delivery of revenue target for your team/salesprogram/market. Assess the needs of our customers and gather and channelize user feedback to relevant stakeholder teams so as to continuously improve our suite of solutions

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 6 years of relevant work experience).
3 years of total relevant work experience in sales support/account development/ operations (in Google or outside) of which 1 year of experience leading teams/pods.
Speak and write English and Protuguese fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred Qualifications

Good business sense with problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment and working to team targets.
Good understanding of Brazilt SMB market.
Proven history of sales experience, preferably within media or the online industry.
Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (Spanish is added advantage).

Overview of Position:

The occupant of the role has overall responsibility for achieving sales targets set by Diageo for the region. The individual spread between distribution centres, wholesale and direct sales varies from region to region. The incumbent is heavily involved in the commercial planning for the region and oversees the execution for each channel and brand.

The role demands that the incumbent is always up to date with the current economic scenario, market movements, competitor intentions and client behaviours. One other part of the role is overall management of events that occur in the region.

The role involves a good deal of travel in client visits with the team.

Major internal contacts are with the Sales team, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Credit & Collection, Merchandising, Supply, Legal, Events and, more specifically, the Directors of Finance, Marketing and Sales areas.
External contacts are clients, distributors, wholesalers, merchandisers, and trade associations such as, ABAD, ABRABE and ABRAS.

Departament description

The department is going to support Philips three sectors in a process of transformation in all of business chain (Idea to Market, Market to Order, Order to Cash). In order to build the necessary basis for the sustainable growth of Philips.

Education required

Background in Engineering or Business Administration with specialization with Master Degree or Equivalent
Basic skills in facets of Business Excellence (LEAN, business performance management, breakthrough management, improvement methodologies, change management, business assessment)
Robust business skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills required to function at level of confidence with Market Leaders and their teams , customers and other external parties.

Languages required and proficiency

Fluent in English, Spanish desirable

Position Title: SHE Regional Manager

Location: Barueri, SP

Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the process of health, Safety and Environment certification for Latin America.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of global SHE within the regional structure.
- Manage all activities of SHE throughout to Supply Chain.
- Ensure legal compliance of all policies and their security procedures, through site audits in Ecolab and their providers, training, SHE investigations, risk analysis and implementation of new programs.
- Planning security programs for Latin America Supply Chain.
- Aims to ongoing continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Committed to the Quality Management System and to make quality and customer satisfaction.
- Complies with all established procedures and programs of the company in order to have a safe operation in accordance with the Responsible Care Program.

Qualifications:
