Program Manager within the EA Commerce team is responsible to facilitate development and maintenance of Electronic Art's billing infrastructure, tools and software to improve quality, distribution and execution of our core products leading to increased revenues globally. In this role, you will collaborate with all departments with Electronic Arts in disparate locations to formulate requirements, translate these requirements into project plans and follow them through to delivery. Initiation and Planning
Assess feasibility on project concepts

Responsibilities
Serve as the regional lead for the SMB team, including recruiting and development
Drive revenue growth
Understand and diagnose key trends as well as short term movements in business and product performance
Develop innovative approaches to scale the operation
Structure, help negotiate, and manage relationships with partners and vendors
Represent the SMB organization with industry organizations, in the press, and with other Facebook teams productivity of teams

Requirements
BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution
Avid Facebook user
8+ years experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or relationship management (specifically in the online or marketing industries)
5+ years experience in building and leading teams
Knowledge of local market conditions
Demonstrated excellence in entrepreneurial conditions (or working outside of headquarters)
Ability to ruthlessly prioritize Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Other pluses: Local language skills in Spanish and Portuguese

General Responsibilities:
