Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced leader to help build and manage a team of Sales and Account Management Professionals who sell Facebook's marketing solutions to large online and offline advertisers as well as build partnerships and deliver on strategic initiatives to advertisers and partners on a daily basis. This is a unique opportunity to help build a high performing team from its initial stages and have a dramatic impact on the company's growth. Ideal candidates will have strong sales management experience and extensive experience selling cross-network online and offline marketing solutions. In this fast-paced environment, you will wear many hats, providing guidance and direction in multiple function areas for experienced account managers and sellers. Success in this position requires a passion for management, strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. You will be an integral part of the management team responsible for sales planning and a strategic partner with customer marketing, product and engineering and business operations. This position is full-time and located in our S€ ¦ão Paulo office.

Responsibilities
Play a critical role in building, training and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales and account management team
Build and manage a team of 5-7 direct reports, providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team
Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth
Establish financial and operating targets and ensure alignment with strategic plan
Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain brand and direct response advertising
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
Scale your team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Work seamlessly between sales channels and business functions to continue revenue growth.

Requirements
10+ years of Sales/Account Management experience and 5+ years of management experience, online or advertising sales strongly preferred
Strong management, analytical and planning skills
Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
Knowledge of Brazil and LATAM markets is strongly preferred
Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities
Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for all Facebook marketing products across our agency and brand advertiser customer base across Latin America - Develop thought leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers', agency partners' and the industry's understanding of social and online marketing - Partner with global and cross-functional counterparts to drive and deliver scalable marketing programs - Adapt and produce locally relevant content for markets across Latin America Drive strategy and execution of key marketing programs across the region which hinge on having relevant local content - Package and deliver key Facebook data and research insights to marketers across the region - Develop keynote speeches, presentations, marketing collateral and videos Ideate and manage creative programs from concept to implementation - Oversee design projects and manage outside agencies and freelancers - Measure the impact of marketing programs and ROI - Manage a program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders - Develop and execute a strategy for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities

Requirements

Practical experience with climate change, public/private carbon management, GHG Inventories and Protocols, Climate Change Plans and Strategies, urban infrastructure and low carbon and green technologies
Proficiency in office software and internet applications
Creative and pro-active attitude in team work
Deep knowledge of developing countries
Strong networks into development and research organizations regionally and nationally
Fluency in written and spoken English; at least proficiency in Portuguese. Spanish is an asset.

Context/Scope:
Reserve Brands have been identified as a priority in Brazil and PUB and special resources have been allocated for a business unit.
The vision is to be the leading Luxury Spirits business in the industry accelerating the growth. Luxury brands are built through top customers on and off trade. We have to scale up our activation in these outlets.
This person will lead the strategy for Reserve across channels, all over TLA, RLA and premium across the country, transforming brand strategy in commercial activities either in On and Off trade, with brilliant execution standards to deliver the year business results (AOP).
This person has to manage the relation between marketing, CMO and sales team, influence the organization to move Reserve agenda. Has also to execute global plataforms, explore consumer motivation trough growth drivers and build business plans with key customers to capture best opportunities.

Market Complexity
Manage the strategy and implementation of Reserve customers that are also priorities for the rest of Diageo brands.
Execute with high standards as luxury brands with the necessary scale.
Complexity to work aligned with Marketing and Sales.
Complexity to work with On, Off Trade and distributors.
Influence the organization, multifunctional teams and stakeholders like agencies and suppliers, at all levels.
As there are a lot of internal processes to deal with, the job holder has little time to go out into the market, gathering experience and meeting customers. Develop regular Field visits to understand new trends, market demands and track competition practices.
Responsible to lead S&OP meetings, presenting building blocks and ROI studies.
Since the market is dynamic, has to be prepared to adapt or rapidly interfere to change the direction to address these changes.
Leadership Responsibilities:

High knowledge of his business and customers.
Ability to inspire in others the value of understanding the customer and Reserve business.
Capable of challenging and influencing thinking across a broad range of stakeholders, in particular to work cross functionally with Marketing to ensure activities reflect Trade Strategy and sales team.
Make use of Consumer Planning insights and capabilities and to develop great understanding of customer category dynamics & business models and use them to create differentiated category and channel strategies.
Personally call on key decision makers at customers ( distributor ) to understand and influence customer strategies and systems.

Purpose of Role:
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key customers Off and On Trade executives
Create alignment internally and with other stakeholders, develop policies, strategies and objectives to either On and Off Trade.
Develop and execute Category/Channel strategy & plans that will drive growth by combining category, brands, competitor, shopper, channel & customer insight.
Ensure we are targeting the right shoppers/drinkers in the right outlets with the right initiatives, with the right brands & the right messages.
Guarantee the execution in On trade.
