SUMMARY:
The purpose of the Repair Business Manager is to work within Customer Services structure in the MU controlling the business from a financial point of view, i.e., elaborating financial forecasts and accomplishing them by working with the other operational managers and contracts related to every customer service operation.
Focus on forecast accuracy and cost reduction are the two main targets for this position.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Repair Business Manager
• Elaborate forecasts with every operational manager within CS
• Forecast periodical handshake with CS Business controllers abroad and financial area
• Work on warranty reserve estimates
• Manage contracts from a financial and business rule point of view
• Work with the other operational managers (logistic, repair network, legal support etc) in order to fulfill the forecasts with accuracy and reducing costs
• Manage cost risk situation and areas within CS
• Accounts Payable / Accounts receivable with CS suppliers and customers
• Operate systems such as Cognos, SAP, i-shop, WCMS, adv Excel among others to achieve the results of the work
• Report local, regional and globally related to CS financial performance
• Analyze cost drivers and suggest / take actions to reduce them
• Analyze cost accuracy drivers and suggest / take actions to mitigate the risks
• Define and follow up accounting rules with SE accounting area or any project that needs support / definition
• Search, develop and run taxes (ICMS, ST, II, IPI, PIS/COFINS) systems, calculation and payments
• Negotiate or re-negotiate contracts from the cost and risk points of view
• Manage CS area temporarily when necessary
• Manage accruals versus generator factors and work with financial area on that

Gestão
completa (Planejar, organizar, dirigir e controlar) das atividades financeiras e
administrativas da empresa (tesouraria, controladoria, compras, jurídico, planejamento

- Assessoramento do presidente na geração de informações necessárias para a gestão
estratégica (suporte a tomada de decisão) da empresa e na estruturação de novos
negócios e novas empresas (spin-offs).
- Controle e gestão do caixa, contas a pagar e contas a receber.
- Forecast (previsão ou projeção) do fluxo caixa e balanço semestral com rolling
(atualização detalhada) de três meses.
- Planejamento financeiro, análise de investimentos e captação de recursos.
- Acompanhar os planos de metas e o planejamento estratégico e emitir relatórios
financeiros.
- Relacionamento com os acionistas, englobando atribuições de relações com
investidores e interface com a auditoria.
- Controle e gestão do todos os aspectos e questões jurídicas da empresa, inclusive
relacionamento com fornecedores de serviços jurídicos.
- Controle e gestão de toda a parte fiscal, tributária e trabalhista da empresa, incluindo
a representação e o relacionamento da empresa com orgãos do governo e pleito de
incentivos e isenções fiscais quando oportuno.
- Garantir a identificação, medição, registro, análise, interpretação e comunicação
de todas as informações e fatos relacionados às operações da empresa, visando o
planejamento, avaliação e controle dos impactos sobre o negócio da empresa pela
administração.

JOB SCOPE
This role is a recognized expert within Visa responsible for contributing to the development of functional Chip and Authentication strategy. This is a key contributor role responsible for solving unique and complex technical problems that have a broad impact on the business. This position has direct reports and may frequently lead internal teams or manage work completed through vendors and partners.

Product Development/Product Management
Participate in the definition of global and/or regional product vision and Chip and Authentication strategy and drive the development and launch of the product from concept to delivery. And/Or participate in the definition of product revenue, market adoption and penetration goals to expand product category and achieve/exceed defined product and corporate objectives.
Responsible for Chip and Authentication strategy and management including participation in and/or leadership of cross-functional and/or cross-regional teams to develop new programs and manage existing programs to grow penetration/ activation/ usage of Visa products and services.
Participate in the identification and prioritization and lead the development of new and existing product, platform, market and/or service innovations to protect and grow existing revenue streams and to grow new revenues for assigned products.
Conduct complex analysis of business opportunities, technical gaps, emerging segments and business trends.
Build and enhance relationship with internal and external partners, seeking business opportunities and strategic alliances for Visa and client institutions.
Drive product research efforts and best practicing to inform product development/mgmt activities.
Develop or enhance and drive implementation of complex technical product tools to track and manage product performance.

Product Leadership
Act as a Chip and Authentication product expert, both internally and externally. In partnership with sales and client services work directly with key Visa customers, lead business performance analysis (BPA) and provide recommendations to drive profitable growth for the customer and Visa.
Continuously review client landscape and recommend, develop and implement new and creative approaches to growing the Visa business via Chip adoption and Authentication processes.
Conduct complex analysis, including the analysis of business metrics, channels level performance and program assessment to identify gaps and opportunities.
Structure analysis, develop issuer and acquirer specific recommendations and deliver findings in the context of broader contact and contactless Chip adoption and Authentication strategy.
Work with internal and external contacts to execute annual strategic plans and key initiatives.
Lead technical product training for client institutions, partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

Required Bachelors/Degree
MBA preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years with business experience
Experience in card payments industry, corporate banking or card processing
Previous technical experience preferred for Chip and Authentication.
Demonstrated track record of implementing chip and authentication projects based on business objectives that deliver measurable business results.
Analytical, fact-based and the ability to synthesize and organize data/information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to drive consensus in cross regional and cross functional teams.
Ability to translate product complexities into practical business solutions appropriate for Visa and its clients.
Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty.
