1. Establishing & maintaining close relation with customers'
organization and helping local sales team to find customer needs and
business opportunities

2. Be responsible for overall presales & technical marketing for Mobile core product(GSM/UMTS) within regions

3. Providing enough support to ensure that technical queries and
matters of concern can be resolved in a timely manner.

4. Preparing core network(GSM/UMTS) solution proposal and improvement
for the customer's mobile network

5. Providing enough support to assure that offers and commitments to
the market are in accordance with the company product marketing polices,strategies and plans

6. Identifying telecommunication industry trends that the customer may
migrate towards and keeping update on new products and product

7. Influence the customer's technical specification during the
pre-tender phase and analyze market requirements

8. Create business opportunities by understanding customer needs and
ability to turn the needs to sellable solutions


· BSc. Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication of E.E. or equivalent.

· 7 years working experience in mobile communication area and 5 years in presales support area

· Good knowledge of mobile Softswitch products and technologies GSM/WCDMA with ability to develop into network level

· Good Knowledge on User databases and its evolution (HLR, ngHLR)

· Previous experience in the design, support or maintenance of MSC/HLR/PS networks will be valued

· Ability to interact efficiently with international customers including presentation skills, ability to listen, negotiation skills and culture awareness

· Team-working spirit, creativity, ability and drive to create
extraordinary solutions for our customers.

· Good technical knowledge of Mobile Packet Switch technology, knowledge of Mobile Packet Switch portfolio will be valuable

· Good presentation, communication skills

· Openness to learn and share

· Fluent in English

Regional HFC and Renewable Energy Products Sales Manager



Position Title: Regional HFC and Renewable Energy Products Sales Manager – Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay

Primary liaison to customers, distributors and field sales representatives for assigned territory. Provides primary support to customers and reps for business terms and conditions, technical support, demonstration and evaluation units, customer training and strategy. Provides management with feedback from the field on all business aspects.


Essential Responsibilities:

§ Develop and implement a business plan to sell products for assigned

§ Meet the sales targets as outlined in the business plan

§ Develop and establish close working relationships with distributors and field sales representatives; make recommendations on hiring and terminating representatives and changes to the distribution network

§ Develop and present product training presentations to customers and

§ Attend trade shows and technical symposiums within assigned territory

§ Provide business planning, order forecasting, business prioritization recommendations and other business needs as appropriate to management

§ Provide appropriate feedback to management on customer issues,
competitive business practices, and other needed business activity within region

§ The RM will work to grow Emerging Markets, that will include HeadEnd for CATV subscribers, Industrial Power, Solar, Wi-Fi/Wi-Max, Rural Electrification, Solar energy, Networking powering opportunities and any other market that might be in need of our powering solutions

§ The RM will be in charge of managing CATV accounts in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. Mainly this involves interacting with their Purchasing and Technical department in order to fulfill all their powering needs and upsell the customers to new products in order to increase revenue streams

§ The RM will be in charge of managing Renewable Energy products
distributors in the territory

§ The RM will be ready available for travel to any neighboring countries on a regular basis such as Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay

§ The RM will prepare and send Bi-monthly reports of his sales activities.

§ The RM will be responsible for sending quotes to potential customers and does the corresponding follow up with the customer and customer fulfillment to ensure the best sales experience with Alpha

§ The RM will work in an ethical and professional manner, as he will be representing the company.

§ The RM will be responsible for providing technical guidance and training to CATV customers when required.

§ The RM's specific job duties are noted below:

o Make cold calls and generate customers' interests on all Cable,
Renewable Energy, AC UPS and some DC products of Alpha;

o Provide sales assistance to customers and distributors, which includes technical and application consultation in accordance to customers' requirements;

o Prepare proposal/quotation and system configuration, answer to all
customers' questions or concerns on all inquiries;

o Engage in contract and sales negotiations to secure business and to
ensure departmental profit goal;

o Establishing a distributor and dealer network in Brazil, Argentina,
Paraguay and Uruguay to effectively distribute Alpha's products.

o Maintain effective communication and customer relationships and to open new customer accounts;

o Maintain effective communication and report to Sales concerning new
product, market and manufacturing opportunity and strategy for its

o Coordinate with the sales support manager based in the United States
for pricing, shipping, importation and payment matters raised in the

o Follow up on sales/projects and provide regular sales/project reports to Sales Director;

o Participate in trade shows and seminar, make sales and products
presentation where necessary;

o Assist in sales growth plans and strategy for the areas; and

o Work closely with the technical service engineers to ensure all pre and pro sales customer issues are promptly resolved.

§ The RM will be responsible for submitting monthly reports and sales
updates, and will keep Alpha informed of major events such as customers' or potential customers' forecast plans, activities of competitors, Alpha's product performance, customers' or potential customers' potential needs for training and new products, and any other activities which may impact Alpha's relationship with customers or potential customers.

§ The RM will be responsible for Alpha Power solution products for the
Cable TV, Broadband markets and Outback Power solutions/Renewable Energy products in the Territory.

§ The RM will be responsible for an initial sales target of USD $22,000,000 for the above Territory for the first 12 months.


Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent military training

In field of: Engineering or business related

Experience: 6 - 8 years

In field of: Selling and managing of similar products in the cable
television, telecommunication or power channels

Supervisory Experience: 2 – 4 years
