We are seeking a highly qualified person to handle sales and marketing of our products.

We are the world's leading manufacturer of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) like Tripod jacks, Tow bars, Axle jacks and Maintenance Tooling.

Responsibilities
• Territory : Latin America (Spanish fluency is mandatory)
• Responsible for sales to commercial (Airlines, OEM, MRO, RHC) and military customers (OEM, USAF, etc.) and all their suppliers
• Product Management for one product line
• Promotes products and product understanding
• Communicates unmet customer requirements
• Negotiates customer contracts and develops pricing
• Understands current and future customer objectives and communicates them to our headquarter
• Provide technical support to customers

Requirements
• At least 4 years of sales within the aviation support industry (GSE, rotables, fly-away parts, ramp equipment etc.)
• Established aviation support network (MRO, airlines, ramp handling, aircraft OEM)
• Proven track record of selling capital goods (sales cycle > 4 months)
• Manufacturing experience and blueprint reading, preferably within aerospace industry
• Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal/presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values which support our company's values, and a healthy, high performance culture
• Up to 50% travel
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• References required
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
• Foreign languages (Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, German etc.)
• Government contract work experience
• Skilled in defining product value from feature to financial impact
• Ability to negotiate complex transactions involving multiple parties

Safety Manager for logistics area (Campinas SP)
Professional skills to manage supply chain security in Brasil, to include both ground and air logistic distribution operations. Able to conduct security audits at warehouse and distribution facilities and provide recommendations to implement premise security improvements to include electronic security systems, security personnel manning and procedures and physical security measures such as hardened access points and perimeter fencing. Possess an understanding of loss prevention concept and how to implement a loss prevention program to minimize both external and internal losses in support of distribution and warehouse operations. Support company employees at multiple sites regarding personnel and travel security issues within Brasil. Possess a general knowledge of Crisis Management and be able to support company operations in the elaboration of Crisis Management Plans. Ability to work and share ideas with others in a team environment. Provide security support to company operations and dialogue with local management and key service providers (Risk Management Company). Conduct regular audits at company sites and operation areas.
Experience in the security area (logistic). First-hand experience working with logistic service providers and transportation companies. Experience developing premise security plans and procedures, for office, warehouse and distribution locations.
Graduation complete.
Knowledge of security guard and escort company operations in Brasil. Conversant in English.

Ore Processing Manager - USA
We are working on behalf of a top 10 Canadian based gold mining company who are looking to hire an Ore Processing Manager for one of their mines in the US.
The main responsibilities will be to lead the execution of the long-term strategy for rather complex ore processing operations to include milling and heap leaching. He / She will formulate short and intermediate-term business plans, and to lead and manage a senior team including the Mill Superintendent, Chief Chemist, and Chief Metallurgist.
The successful candidate will hold 8-12 years of related work experience, a BA or BSc degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience, and detailed knowledge of all phases of gold processing, including grinding and agitated leaching with cyanide, carbon absorption and regenerations, and refining.
