This executive will attend all Key Accounts and Trade Channels- Border and Airport Retail Channel throughout South America.

The management of Latin American/US Duty Free accounts. This position reports to the Area Manager based in US, but the professional will be based in Brazil (Rio or São Paulo). Responsible for sales, sales training, and merchandising of our portfolio in Latin America Duty Free Channels. Key objectives would include: increase market share, achieving significant gains in merchandising, increase product listings, achieve P&L goals on all brands through the execution of specific brand and marketing strategies targeted to Duty Free /
Travel Retail

Basic Function:

Manage Duty Free retail accounts to ensure the successful execution of all global and regional goals and strategies. Additional attention will be focused on leveraging strengths with our brands in domestic market colleagues. Champion our policy of acting as a global shop window to support our Domestic Markets. Within the Shop Window context specific attention will be paid to driving the growth of our key brands in our key target markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of Duty Free retail accounts to ensure the successful execution of all global and regional goals and strategies.
• Coordinate, execute and monitor programs related to sales, customer service, training, shelf management, and product/consumer promotions.
• Develops, coordinates and maintains relationships at outlet level to deliver leading share of voice for our company portfolio within the retail environment
• Uses negotiation techniques to reach favorable terms and activities in line with approved business plan
• Execute specialized training programs for Duty Free retail accounts
• Work with promotional/advertising agencies to execute brand programs, review and evaluate performance of these agencies and act as a general liaison between the agencies
• Develop the emerging market of Brazil with Premium brands.

Must Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferable in Marketing or Business Administration with 4+ years in sales or sales promotions/marketing
2. Excellent negotiation skills; win-win attitude
3. Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills
4. Strong financial planning/management skills
5. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel, agency personnel and external customers
6. Demonstrated ability to conduct clear and concise presentations
7. Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
8. Demonstrated computer literacy skills
9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and complete assignments with accuracy and within established time frames
10. Willingness to re-locate

English: mandatory;
Spanish: minimum advanced;
Portuguese: native speaker.
