As a member of the Latin American Supply Chain & Operations Team, the CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER will act as the liaison between the Supply Chain/Operations team and the Front Office/Go-to-Market team. The CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER will support the Front Office/Go-to-Market team in the preparation of business proposals to Customers, implementation of customer scorecards with operational KPIs, and in the negotiation of contracts with key OEM Customers. The CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER will act as a strong enabler of sales and profitability.The CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER will be tasked to support the Front Office/Go-to-Market team with creating more value for Brightstar's OEM customers from an operations perspective, while working with the Supply Chain/Operations teams to deliver services and maximize profitability. The CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER'S responsibilities include the following:Develop customer value propositions & pricing proposals, including standard and out of the box customized solutions, reactive RFP/RFQ responses, and any other qualified distribution/operations opportunity in the region.Assist the Front Office/Go-to-Market teams in the preparation of proposal presentations for key OEM Customers; assist in the value and cost estimation of services.Support the Front Office/Go-to-Market teams in the innovation of new services based on market trends and customers' requirements.Manage Brightstar's portfolio of services, including packetization, updates, and selling strategies.Provide the Front Office/Go-to-Market teams with detailed training on Brightstar's services and capabilities.Support the Front Office/Go-to-Market teams in the negotiation of contracts with key OEM Customers.Develop, prepare, and maintain KPIs and scorecards for key OEM Customers, based on SLAs.Participate in business review meetings with key OEM Customers. Habilidades e experiências desejadas
Business/Engineering Degree holder; MBA a plus.Minimum 7-10 years solid experience in operations; sales and finance experience a plus.Sales/service based organizations in consultancy, sales support, project and/or financial support role.Solid understanding of the mobile industry.Outstanding organization, analysis and presentation (Power Point) skills.Team player and excellent listener, communicator, negotiator, and strong stakeholder management.Clear and logical reasoning, structured problem solving approach. Willingness to work in a matrix organization.Creative, Organized, Analytical, Can-do attitude – very hands on.Willingness to travel, 25%.Fully bilingual in Spanish/English.
